Key Responsibilities:

As part of our ambitious expansion, we are seeking a cadre of Sustainability Specialists to join our dynamic team across Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, and the UK. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in assisting Mentcon’s clients to seamlessly weave sustainability into the fabric of their strategic initiatives, business models, and targets, all while ensuring compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and guide clients on integrating sustainability into their business strategies and operations using the Mentcon model for ESRS.
- Develop and implement sustainable business models and strategies that align with ESRS.
- Assist clients in the preparation of sustainability reports in accordance with ESRS guidelines.
- Work closely with client leadership to embed sustainability into their corporate DNA.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sustainability, Sustainability Manager, Sustainability Controller, or Sustainability Consultant within mid to large-sized organizations.
- Strong foundation in sustainability practices and principles, especially in relation to ESRS.
- Fluent in both English and the native language of the country you wish to work in.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
